This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on Bar-At Technologies Private Limited’s (“Bar-At”) Handyy website (the “Website”) and progressive web application (PWA) (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service operates on a subscription model. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Payment is due at the time of purchase and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Due to the nature of our digital services, all payments made for Handyy subscriptions are non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, you are not eligible for a refund, in full or in part, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Handyy offers a free 30-day trial period to let you experience the service. During the trial, you can download 7 documents and utilize 3 rulings in the citation section. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription upon expiry unless canceled beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at accounts@bar-at.in or 9966651576. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.
You have the option to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. The new subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
