Accessing Support Through Handyy’s Help

  3. Within the “Support” section, click on the “Help” link. This will navigate you to the Handyy Help Center.
  4. Once on the Help Center page, identify the “Submit a Ticket” button.
  5. Upon clicking the “Submit a Ticket” button, you’ll be redirected to the Ticket Submission Form.

On the Ticket Submission Form, you can:

  • Provide your valid email address.
  • Compose a clear and concise description of your issue or question. The more details you provide, the better our support team can assist you.
  • Attach any relevant screenshots or documents that might help illustrate your problem.

 

Once you’ve completed these steps, simply click “Submit Ticket” to send your request to our dedicated support team.
