These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Handyy website (the “Website”) and progressive web application (PWA) (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Bar-At Technologies Private Limited (“Bar-At,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2.1 Purchases: The Service may offer the ability to purchase premium features or services (“Purchases”). If you wish to make a Purchase, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including your credit card information or other payment details. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method associated with any Purchase.

2.2 Subscriptions: Handyy offers various subscription plans with different levels of access to features like document downloads, citation rulings, and value-added services.

• Free Trial: New users receive a free 30-day trial with access to download 7 documents and utilize 3 rulings in citations.
• Premium Subscription: Provides unrestricted access to download documentation and download one ruling per day from citations.
• Value Added Services: Enhances the premium subscription by offering unlimited rulings to download for a 30-day period.

Subscription fees are based on the chosen plan and will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, with notification provided beforehand.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You agree not to use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
• You agree not to access the Service through unauthorized means.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content included therein, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Bar-At or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BAR-AT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Courts of Khammam, Telangana, India.
